Nvidia and its partner ZTE announced the pure Nvidia Smartphone - ZTE Mimosa X. This the first smartphone to be powered by all Nvidia technologies. The CPU+GPU is the Nvidia Tegra 2 SoC and Nvidia Icera 450 HSPA+ modem (14 HSPA+ with IceClear interference cancellation technology).

Other than this is a pure Nvidia smartphone this phone is powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The display is 4.3″ (960 x 540) display, a rear 5-megapixel camera (HD video capable), front facing camera, 4GB of storage (expandable to 32GB).

Their no word yet for the pricing but for sure NVIDIA and ZTE will feature this phone next week at Mobile World Congress 2012 in Barcelona, Spain.

This Slate has 7-inch display at 800×400 pixels in resolution. It has 3MB camera, a Bluetooth and USB for connectivity. The Internal storage is 512MB and expandable via microSD up-to 32GB. A basic feature that you can find in all Android Tablets.

This is one of the few mid-range Android Tablet in the market. The cool feature of this Slate is; it support 3G for connectivity and WiFi. According to SMART it is capable of  SMS and Voice Call via SmartBro Network (HSDPA or UMTS).

One really good feature I noticed is the battery capacity, it has 3400mAh, not comparable to XOOM and Galaxy Tab 10.1 though.

The downside of this Android Tablet is the operating system, it uses Android 2.2 Froyo while the latest Tablets in the market are powered by  Android 3.0 Honeycomb.

If you are looking for an affordable Android tablet the ZTE V9 is perfect for you, with the price tag of Php 12,795.00

ZTE also has another version of this tablet the V11, a 10.1 inch Tablet with Android 3.0 Honeycomb powered by 1.2Ghz processor. I am not sure if Smart will also release this version in our country.
