Samsung Galaxy S Advance – release, price and specs
The Samsung Galaxy S Advance I9070 is the newest member of the successful Samsung Galaxy Line. The Galaxy S Advance is a much improvement of the Galaxy S (first generation). It is expected to be launched around the Mobile World Congress 2012. I also reported that the Samsung Galaxy S III will have its own launching event and not will be at MWC 2012 as we expected and the Galaxy S Advanced is the latest release from Samsung. The Samsung Galaxy S Advance price is suggested to be around £295 or around 20,000 in Philippine peso.
The Galaxy S Advance is also better compared to the Galaxy S – Plus. The Advance is powered by a 1Ghz dual-core processor while the Galaxy S-Plus has 1.4Ghz single-core. The RAM is larger at 768MB compared to 512 for Galaxy S-Plus.
The new Galaxy phone uses Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread and it has chances of getting Android 4.0 in the future. The display is a 4-inch, 800 x 480 screen, and 5-megapixel with LED flash. The display has a curve design just like the Galaxy Nexus.
